How to use this guide
Every agent we work with asks the same thing in different words: "Which hotel should I put this client in?" The answer is almost never the biggest name. It depends on who is travelling, what month it is, and what else is in the package. So we have grouped hotels by emirate and area, then tagged each one by the kind of client it suits.
Use the filter below to show only one type of stay. These are our own notes, based on what we see on the ground. Rates, room counts and opening dates change, so ask us for a live quote before you promise anything to a client.

Selling UAE luxury: what actually works
- Match the area to the client. Palm for beach and family, Downtown for first-timers and events, Creek for repeat visitors.
- Think in seasons. October to April is peak for beach and city. Summer suits staycations, shopping and indoor attractions, and the rates are friendlier.
- Bundle, don't just book. A suite plus private transfers, a yacht evening and a desert dinner earns more margin than a room alone.
- Split the stay. Three nights Dubai city, three nights RAK or Fujairah often beats one long stay in one place.
- Quote the extras early. Tourism Dirham fees apply per room, per night. We explain how that works in our hotel allotments guide.
For timing, our seasonal booking guide goes month by month. For corporate groups, start with the MICE DMC guide.
